Step 1: ASSESS

Assess: Take an initial assessment and review your current levels of competence in terms of being a ‘curator concierge’ for learning.

Define: Define your digital learning needs and objectives.

Create: Create a skills development plan and map out your Learning Pathway.

Select: Select and apply learning resources from the LXP to help you achieve your learning goals.

Plan: Plan how you will implement a Learning Project that will help you transfer your learning into practice. You can use the template to do this.

Review: Review your project idea.

Curate: Research and curate material and resources that fit your purpose. Don’t neglect these aspects:

Impact: Evaluate the impact at the end of your Learning Project.

Check: Do the competence check again or use the competence framework.

Keep learning and make content curation a permanent element in the design of learning content.
